FAQ’s

1. General questions

The Bloom Wedding and Events Team is here to help!  We offer DIY and pre-arranged packages, as well as, customizable wholesale options.

All pre-arranged packages are completely arranged and ready to go, as per your requirements. Our DIY packages are not assembled and must be arranged by the client. These packages are completely customizable.

We recommend delivery for loose stems 3 days in advance. This allows the stems plenty of time to open and you plenty of time to prep and arrange everything. For our pre-arranged packages, we recommend delivery 2 days before the wedding or event.

Our Wedding and Events Team needs a lead time of at least 1 week.

2. Our Flowers

While filling out your order information for same-day artisan florist orders, a box will prompt you for any special requests. Our florist partner will do their best to honor your preferences, but based on their supply they cannot guarantee to meet your needs every time.

We have eliminated all the unnecessary up-sells to bring you a simple, authentic ordering experience without any hidden fees. Because there are no middlemen, the flowers come to you fresh from the farms and last longer.

For your flowers to bloom as full and as long as possible, trim the stems and change the water daily. Remove leaves from any part of the stems that might be submerged in the vase’s water; leaves cause bacteria that shorten the flower’s lifespan.

3. Happiness Guarantee

While we strive to always deliver beautiful fresh blooms, flowers are unpredictable by nature. We know it is possible that the flowers will not be perfect 100% of the time, but we always want our customers to have a perfect experience. We stand behind our customers and want to make sure you’re happy with Bloom.tz and our flowers! This means we will provide an equivalent store credit or replacement when appropriate.

Because flowers naturally differ in shade, we cannot guarantee the exact color. For example, a white rose might be more cream than the previous crop, a tulip could be bright pink or light pink, and a lily might be more yellow than orange and vice versa. However, if your farm flowers are drastically different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order information. A photo would be very appreciated and can be uploaded to the contact form!

Because florists do not have the exact same supply of flowers, we cannot guarantee that the deliveries will look like the picture on the site. Our Artisan Florist partners will do their best to capture the general look and feel based on the colors, theme, and style of the provided arrangement so that you are sent a gorgeous Bloom bouquet.

Different flowers naturally have differing lifespans in the vase. With proper care, our farm flowers will usually last between 5-7 days. However, we have seen some Bloom flowers last up to two weeks!

3. Payments

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to process international credit cards. In lieu of using an international card, you may use Paypal to complete your purchase. We accept PayPal on all orders.

We accept payment through cash, airtel money and paypal. For more information, please contact us.
